Description

This is the new (2023) larger version of Cayce’s ‘Cold’ Grounding Coin, WITH a hole that is 11/64″ diameter (for a lanyard, NOT INCLUDED). The diameter of the large coin is 1.5″ (One and a half inch). The thickness is 0.1″ (One-tenth of an inch). This ‘large’ grounding coin has more than twice the steel of the original grounding coin. The volume of each of the 3 options is:

1″ diameter grounding coin (0.1″ thick) = 0.0785 in3
1″ x 0.5″ x 0.25″ pendant = 0.125 in3 (not deducting for the hole)
1.5″ diameter grounding coin (0.1″ thick) = 0.1767 in3 (not deducting for the hole)

“Do not take this as being something of superstition, or as something that would be a good luck charm, – but if the entity will wear about its person, or in its pocket, a metal that is carbon steel – preferably in the groin pocket – it will prevent, it will ionize the body– from its very vibrations – to resist cold, congestion, and those inclinations for disturbance with the mucous membranes of the throat and nasal passages.”

– Edgar Cayce Reading #1842-1

Traditionally Cayce’s Carbon-Steel Coin was sold as a ‘Coin that Prevents Colds’, but a savvy businessman obtained a trademark for the traditional name. To avoid a trademark claim, I call my version the ‘Cold’ Grounding Coin.
